About the role:
We are currently seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our team at Taylors Engineering & Welding Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing all Visa consultancy in the following areas: Subclasses, 186, 494, 408, 400, 482.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing immigration advice and solutions
- Managing a high caseload of individual candidates and their families
- Preparation and lodgement of visa applications
- Working with the internal team to prioritize workloads to meet clients’ needs
- Developing and implementing systems to improve workflows and service outcomes
- Monitoring and delivering performance against defined measures
- Working in accordance with the OMARA Code of Conduct
- Staying up to date with immigration laws and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients
- Liaising with government authorities and agencies
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing candidates’ inquiries and concerns
- Ensuring compliance with On-Hire Labour Agreement requirements, including labour market testing and visa requirements
- Engaging with legal service providers as required
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- Drivers License;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical;
- Right to work in Australia;
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills
