About the role
BaptistCare Maranoa Centre is looking for permanent part-time Registered Nurse staff to join our dedicated team.
In this role, you’ll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident aged care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff. There are a variety of day and night shifts available. New graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $42.85 - $53.74/hr + superannuation + penalties + salary packaging.

Skills and experience required
A qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
Prior experience in a clinical leadership role preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders including residents, families, friends, medical professionals and colleagues
Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
