Walloon Medical Centre is situated in a rural setting that provides quality care to many surrounding suburbs and has a large client base, many of whom have attended the clinic since it opened in 2005. Walloon is a small country town where everyone knows each other and that is why integrity and respect are two values that are extremely important in this role. It is a small but very busy surgery.
About you
WMC is looking for someone who is respectful, efficient, hardworking, reliable, honest, loyal, punctual, flexible, adaptable, eager to learn and well-spoken who can communicate effectively with other staff and patients. Having the ability to work independently or as part of a team is important, showing attention to detail, having good time management and organisational skills as well as being able to priorities and multitask is crucial. At times the surgery can become very busy, and all tasks must be undertaken and completed with care and efficiency. We want someone who can take initiative and has a strong work ethic. Ideally the preferred candidate will have pracsoft and medical director experience or experience in a similar role.
This role is Full time. We want someone we can count on that is willing to be flexible and be a problem solver who has a can-do attitude. Having sound computer skills is admirable. As you will be handling patient's private and confidential information it is important that you always remain focused and professional.
