WesleyCare Coomera Apartments offer a unique working environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the wellbeing of individuals with physical, developmental or cognitive disabilities. As we do provide 24/7 care, we require our team to be available for various shifts including morning and afternoon. Your leadership and clinical skills will be an asset to the team. In this role you have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Provide a high level of nursing care, including clinical practice and administration of medications
- Provide direct supervision for administration of medications by endorsed enrolled nurses
- Formulate, implement and evaluate care plans to meet needs of residents and promote quality of life
- Monitor and supervise personal care given by other staff
- Assist in research relevant to clinical matters
