AddressAustralian Doctors Clinic requires an experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. Experience in general practice is essential and previous experience with Best Practice Software is highly desirable. We are looking for a part-time or casual candidate. Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Friday and also to cover leave.
Responsibilities will include:
- Chronic Disease Management - assist doctors with Care Plans and Health Assessments
- Immunisations
- Recalls and reminders
- Sterilising
- Treatment room stock management
- Infection control management
- Cold chain management
- ECG and Spirometry
- Accreditation preparation
- Triage
- Wound management
- Ear irrigation
- Assisting with minor procedures
- Assisting reception with admin duties
- Other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Experience in General Practice
- Experience with Best Practice software
- Chronic Disease Management experience
- Triage experience
- Warm and caring manner
- Must support the Dr and work in a team environment
- Working autonomously
