About the role

We have an opportunity for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our cutting-edge Maddington Residential Aged Care Home. This newly constructed, state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Become a part of our vibrant nursing team in a permanent part-time or casual role, where you will play a pivotal part in delivering the highest standard of care.

As one of our Registered Nurses, you will be at the heart of our commitment to excellence in aged care. Your role will involve providing personalised care that enhances resident independence and preserves their dignity. You will be responsible for the safe administration of medications, ensuring that all treatments are delivered accurately and efficiently. Maintaining meticulous, high-quality care records will be a key part of your duties, along with offering professional support and guidance to our dedicated clinical team. You will work closely with residents and their families, building trusting relationships and ensuring that their voices are heard and respected. Your compassionate approach will help residents feel valued and respected, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

About you

You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse seeking to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team. You are committed to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction. With strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you share our caring approach for residents and bring:

  • Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding of current Age Care Quality Standards is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills with a wide range of people
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
