Role Overview:
Join UnitingSA's Hawksbury Gardens Aged Care team as a Registered Nurse! Assess & monitor individual needs, deliver quality care, & supervise Enrolled Nurses & Care Attendants under Clinical Nurse guidance for a great client experience. Make a positive impact with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and relay AN – ACC requirements for the Interim Care Plan.
- Identify residents' health needs through clinical assessment.
- Develop resident care plans based on clinical evaluations.
- Deliver high-quality residential care, tailoring clinical services to assessed needs in line with the Standards and Guidelines for Residential Aged Care.
- Administer prescribed care and treatment as directed by Medical Officers and Allied Health Professionals.
- Provide ongoing, responsive, and holistic care to residents, collaborating with relevant stakeholders and adhering to established care plans.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
- Experience coordinating clinical care
- Experience in leading staff
- Bachelor of Nursing
