Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Seaton facilitiesteam as the Registered Nurse. The purpose of this role is to assessand monitor individual needs by delivering quality client care,under the direction of the Clinical Nurse. This position willsupervise activities of the Enrolled Nurses and Personal CareAttendants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor and provide information relating to AN – ACC requirements for the Interim Care Plan.
- Identify the health needs of residents through clinical assessment.
- Develop resident care plan based on clinical assessment.
- Provide quality residential care at all times with residents receiving clinical care, according to their assessed needs, that reflects the Standards and Guidelines for Residential Aged Care.
- Administer care and treatment as prescribed by Medical Officer and Allied Health Professionals.
- Provide ongoing, responsive and holistic care to residents, in consultation with all relevant stakeholders and in accordance with care plans.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post registration experience
- Experience coordinating clinical care
- Experience in leading staff
- Bachelor of Nursing
