SalaryFantastic short “block shift” opportunities for Registered Nursesranging from 2 weeks up to 3 months with a leading Aged Care facility and a guaranteed 5-6 shifts per week. Bonuses offered included “sign on” as well as the completion of different lengths of tenure of time.
These “block shift” roles are located in Bankstown and Merrylands as well are areas across Bexley, Kogarah, and Camden. Also offered, should it be of interest, is regional “block shift” opportunities where travel and accommodation are covered across the south and mid-north coast regions of NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach.
- Work with and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families.
- Undertake assessments, treatment, and documentation to the highest standard.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience, ideally with some Aged Care experience although this is not essential.
- Current AHPRA Division 1 Registration
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent clinical skills
- Knowledge Aged Care legislation is ideal but not essential
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment.
- A Current Police check and fully vaccinated.
