As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive clinical care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities include managing a designated territory on Sydney's Central Coast, conducting assessments, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring high-quality care that promotes independence and meets spiritual and cultural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a designated territory on Sydney's Central Coast.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans.
Work closely with allied specialists and coordinators to ensure holistic care delivery.
Provide staff and client education.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to APHRA standards and Code of Conduct.
Work under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager and collaborate on complex cases with our Clinical Care Consultant.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing Degree or evidence of continuing skill development.
AHPRA National Board Registration RN.
Current NSW Drivers Licence and Car Registration with comprehensive insurance.
Current CPR Certificate.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Abilty and certified to currently work in Australia
Residing in Australia to commence this amazing career opportunity
