You will work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team utilising professional skills and ability to contribute to client centred care to meet the client’s individual health care needs, with the aim of maintaining and/or improving their health.Provide nursing assessment, care coordination, evidence based best practice clinical intervention, monitoring, maintenance and education to clients and their carers/families in the community.How to Apply

- Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
