The role
We are looking formultiple Part Time Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centred approach to care, to provide the highest quality residential aged care in environments that are rich with the senses of home.
You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

Rockhampton, Queensland is a fantastic place to live due to its warm climate, welcoming community, and stunning natural surroundings. What you will do
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
- Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through resident-first approach
- Registration with the AHPRA as a Div.1 Registered Nurse is essential
- Full and Valid working rights in Australia.
- Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act 2013 (or willing to obtain) - this is mandatory
- Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Contract Type: Permanent Part Time Contract
- Hours: Minimum 20 Hours per fortnight
- Salary Range: Competitive Base Rate + 11% Superannuation + NFP salary packaging + allowances
