About the role
- Deliver the highest quality of best practice clinical care and holistic support to our residents.
- Demonstrate a positive communication with the team, residents, families, and other professionals.
- Provide clinical guidance, be a professional role model and coordinate the care team.
- Create and review care plans with the residents and their families.
- Develop and maintain positive resident/family and team relationships.
- Lead a team of care staff.
- Get involved in continuous improvement and other quality activities.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- An active AHPRA registration
- A passion for working in Aged Care and a sound understanding of the older peoples' complex needs.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, regulations, and funding model
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
