• Employment Term: Permanent part time 75 + hours a fortnight 
• Location: Mareeba Aged Care Facility
• Remuneration:  $35.41 - $44.16 per hour (base rate) + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900  (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances 
• Rural & remote allowance of $250 per fortnight in addition to your fortnightly pay ($6,500 per year for up to 24 months totalling $13,000)
• Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $27,500 over 24 months 
• Additional Benefits: Highly attractive rental assistance and relocation allowance package of up to $12,500 on offer for candidates who need to relocate to Mareeba only (via reimbursement of actual costs incurred)

As a Registered Nurse provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include: 

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
• Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
• General nursing experience, post-registration
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
