In this role, you will provide a range of clinical care and support services to residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
This will include:
- Providing and monitoring the care of residents
- Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
- Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
- Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications
- Valid working rights for Queensland, Australia
- Ability to pass Police Check and NDIS Workers Clearance
- Proof of Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum 1 dose)
