The Opportunity
We have permanent full-time, part-time and casual positions available at our Residential Facility in Lindisfarne for Registered Nurses. The roles are open to both graduate and experienced professionals who can work nights.
The role of theRegistered Nurseis to provide a range of clinical care and support services in collaboration with the care recipients, their families, and other healthcare team members. Nurses assist the care recipients to experience a greater level of independence and ensure their health and wellness are supported.
The successful applicants will need to demonstrate sound clinical skills, be consumer-focused, have a good understanding of aged care accreditation processes, and appreciate current and future aged care funding models.
What you’ll need:
- Relevant qualifications and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards (or the ability to acquire this)
- Satisfactory national police check within the last three months.
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration with NDIS endorsement
- If you are on a visa, a copy of your current IMMI Letter
