We have exciting casual opportunities for experienced and motivated Registered Nurses in Aged Care,with a range of shifts on offer, mornings, afternoons and night shiftswithin the Mark Moran Group Team, in our state-of-the-art facility in Little Bay. We are the most awarded Aged Care group in Australia with facilities in Warrawee, Vaucluse and Little Bay!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attending to resident clinical care needs, including medication management, resident assessments, care planning and evaluations
- Ensuring documentation, work logs and charting etc. requirements are compliant
- Liaising with Medical Practitioners and families to provide updates
- Raising quality concerns, unusual occurrences, incidents and notifying the Director of Nursing of any critical incidents, mandatory reporting, elder abuse, missing resident, transfers to hospital etc. immediately.
About you

- Qualified Registered Nurse (current AHPRA Registration)
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse preferably in Aged Care
- Experience working as an in-charge (desirable)
- Competent in complex care e.g. complex wound management
- Demonstrated experience in assessing, care planning and evaluating complex care needs
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Principles, ANACC and other aged-care related legislation
- Intermediate computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to work independently and as a team.
