Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and progress.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in Aged Care nursing is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards elderly residents.
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and night.
- Evidence of Covid and Flu vaccination.
- Valid First aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Police Check.
- Right to Work in Australia essential.
- Can speak Chinese (国语或粤语).
