Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 6 months Aged Care Experience.
- Work Rights.
- Current Police Check & Current Vaccination Record.
- Driver license with own vehicle is additional benefit.
Skills and experience :
- Deliver clinical care to the residents.
- Medication management and administration.
- Care coordination and care planning of residents.
- Supervise and lead the team of ENs and AINs.
- Good written and Verbal Communication Skills.
