Registered Nurse (Aged Care) - Sydney

Pathways Residences is a Luxury Residential Aged Care provider across Sydney. We are looking for Registered Nurses who want to relocate to SYDNEY:

Our Luxury Aged Care Homes are located in:

• Killara NSW 2071
• Northbridge NSW 2063
• Cronulla NSW 2230

Availabilities:

• AM, PM and Overnight shifts available
• Part time and casual roles available!
• Current vacancies are Monday to Friday
• Can pick up additional weekend shifts as they come up

The role:

The role will see you lead AINs during your shift. Responding to wounds, falls, medication are all in a day's work for a Registered Nurse in Aged Care. Pathways is proud to say that we have above industry staffing ratios.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians
• Experience in Aged Care/geriatrics highly valued
• Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Able to manage a small team of AINs, be computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication abilities
• Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

• Bachelor in Nursing + AHPRA registration
• COVID vaccine and flu shot
• Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
• Current police check + NDIS Worker Clearance
