We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Assistant Development Project Manager (ADPM) to manage design and delivery of residential apartment projects, both build to sell and build to rent.
The Role
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Development Project Manager (SDPM). You will be responsible for assisting with design and delivery of apartment projects within large scale urban regeneration projects, located in inner Melbourne.
The role focus on quality, safety and commerciality and is centred on customer outcomes in decision making. The key responsibilities will cover but not be limited to, design management, contractor procurement, EHS, contract pricing/contract, budget control, governance, overseeing delivery and hand-over of assets.
Experience in high density residential design and/or delivery is essential - ideally with client-side experience. The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 2 years of industry experience Qualifications in design, construction management, project management or engineering would be beneficial
