About the role
Brisbane Private Hospital is currently seeking an experienced Anaesthetics Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care to join our established team in Endoscopy on a part time basis 32 hours per fortnight.

Brisbane Private is a 181-bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 17 operating theatres conveniently located above the Roma Street Parklands. Specialties include neurosurgery, orthopaedics, spinal, plastics, urology, ENT, Rehabilitation and general surgery and delivery of Brisbane’s leading private drug and alcohol programs from Damascus Health Services.
As a Registered Nurse your duties will include:
· Provide evidenced based nursing care
· Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
· Ensure patient and staff safety
· Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care
· Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
About you:
· Current Registration with AHPRA
· Minimum 12 months post graduate Registered Nursing experience within Anaesthetics
· Up-to-date Advanced Life support and airway breathing training
· Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
