Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse ready to make a difference in the field of non-acute community Drug & Alcohol care? Look no further! We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in the role of Registered Nurse.
This role will be an integral part of our Assertive Case Management team, providing comprehensive support for individuals with chronic substance dependence and highly complex needs. Collaborating closely with the team, your focus will be on delivering intensive Case Management and holistic support to individuals aged 18 and above, where complex needs and comorbidities present challenges to positive outcomes.
This recruitment may be used to fill future positions via an eligibility list for permanent, full time, part time, temporary and casual positions.

About You
  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • You have Recent clinical experience in the assessment and management of substance dependent clients, including withdrawal management.
  • You have a non-judgemental and empathic approach to clients and an understanding of and commitment to principles of harm reduction
  • You have effective clinical communication skills through the use of information technology and sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
