The Position:
Our facility in Bowen offers a supportive and dynamic working environment for Registered Nurses (RNs). The facility provides comprehensive residential aged care services, featuring amenities such as a physiotherapy gym, craft and activity rooms, a library, and a shaded gazebo in the landscaped garden. RNs at our facility are integral to maintaining the health and well-being of residents. Their responsibilities include monitoring health, administering medications, coordinating individualized care plans, and responding promptly to medical emergencies. The facility also hosts visiting GPs and allied health professionals, and RNs are essential in facilitating these services. Additionally, the RNs help organize and support various social activities for residents, such as bingo, concerts, and BBQs, ensuring a holistic approach to aged care.
