Experience in working with children, youth, and families would be highly desirableAs part of a Multidisciplinary team,, your primary responsibility will be conducting thorough mental health assessments, devising inclusive care plans, and implementing targeted interventions for young individuals facing significant mental health challenges. You'll engage in collaborative efforts with young clients, their families or caregivers, fellow team members, and external service providers to deliver personalised mental health support.
