About the role
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment in the Cardiac Centre at Lenah Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is continually offered to our patients in the fast paced environment
- Provision of quality Cardiac testing services within the Cardiac Centre
- To provide support & services to practice cardiologist
- Participation in OH&S manual handling training
- Appropriate management of mandatory training
What you bring
- High level of customer service provision
- ECG interpretation knowledge
- Previous coronary care or cardiology experience would be highly valued
- AHPRA Registration with a current practising certificate
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
