THE ROLE
As a Registered Nurse you'll be part of an experienced and dedicated team helping to create a professional and supportive care experience for our Aged Care and NDIS customers in their home. You will provide clinical leadership and education for staff which includes Support Coordinators, Enrolled Nurses and Lifestyle Support Workers. You will provide holistic in-home nursing care and follow and develop client care plans, conducting assessments and responding in a timely manner to clients changing health care needs.
The right person for the role will have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Experience in providing community nursing care for Aged Care and NDIS customers (desirable)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (or wiling to obtain)
- Completion of mandatory NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willing to complete)
- Evidence of CVID Vaccinations or a valid exemption
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or similar

This is a casual or part time role approx. 10-15 hours per week but could lead to full time work.
