The opportunities:

• Choose to work part time or full time
• Morning, afternoon and night shifts available – tell us what you want!
• Work in small homely or large state of the art facilities in Perth or Bunbury
• Deliver high quality clinical and end of life care in line with care plans and residents wishes
• Conducts thorough assessments to determine needs
• In collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, residents and their families, create, evaluate and update care plans
• Act as a role model, providing leadership, guidance and education to Carers
• Complete comprehensive and accurate progress notes in line with funding and legislative requirements

About you:

• Must have a degree as a Registered Nurse and registration with AHPRA
• Good clinical knowledge and a passion for delivering care in line with residents desires, goals and needs
• Able to motivate, support and lead a team of Carers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to develop rapport and productive relationships with residents and their family members
• Current working rights in Australia are essential
