To be successful, you will have...
- Demonstrated competent nursing practice, within the inpatient, residential aged care and emergency settings.
- Demonstrated competence in planning, coordination and decision making in the management of consumers within the relevant practice setting.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a team leader and team member.
- Demonstrated effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates incorporation of quality improvement and risk management within practice.
Position Profile:
The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse is to Provide nursing care for consumers within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse. Provides clinical supervision for Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Aides and students.

Area Profile
The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Midwest health region of Western Australia covers more than 470,000 square kilometres, nearly one fifth of the State, with its population concentrated along the coast.
