Overview
Working within the Community Nursing Team, you will provide high quality nursing care in community based settings within the Gawler, Tanunda and Barossa region. As part of the multidisciplinary community team, you will operate in a primary health care setting and assess clients, select and implement different therapeutic interventions and support programs, and evaluate client progress. You will monitor client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved on a daily basis, and oversee the provision of nursing care within the Community Nursing team. Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
