About this Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Home Care Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, holistic care to our clients in their residences. This role offers a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections with clients and make a positive impact on their lives.
Job Requirement
To apply for this position, you must have relevant certification in community and disability care. In addition, you must have:
· First Aid and CPR certificate
· Right to work in Australia
· Unrestricted Driver’s license and personal car (fuel contribution provided)
· 2 professional work referees
· Valid AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)
· Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home care or community health.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering evidence-based care.
· A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine passion for caring for others.
· Have ongoing set availability for a minimum:
from 10am to 4pm on these days ongoing.
Week 1: Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun
Week 2: Wed and Sat.
Also required for this job:
· Dog friendly
· Don't mind a smoker (smoking happens outdoors only)
· must have own reliable car with comprehensive insurance (you will be paid for the KM)
· Current DCSI or NDIS worker screening
· Police Clearance
· COVID-19 vaccination
· Finally, you will be working with a female client and this client prefers a female support worker.
