As a Community Registered Nurse at Feros Care, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional care and support to older adults. This is an autonomous role that requires you to travel throughout the North Metro through to Lodden Mallee, VICRegions but ideally (due to the travel requirements of this position) you will be based in or around Castlemaine, VIC
Your Role
- Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound and catheter care and insertion.
- Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
- Working remotely throughout your community.
- Ensure efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

About You
If you're a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, who thrives in a community care setting, we want to hear from you.
Essentials:
- A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, preferably with a focus on aged care.
- You will need to present us with your Clinical Hours of Service within nursing.
- Experience with continence assessments, catheter insertion/care and wound care.
- Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
- Organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A current unrestricted driver's license and a love for being on the road.
- Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
