As a Registered Nurse, you'll help care for our residents' health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!

We have positions available for passionate clinicians to utilise their skills in our Aged Care Centre, IRT Crown Gardens in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast.

There are a range of shifts available across afternoons and nights, 7-days. We will work with you to see how we can best match you up with our opportunities to fit in with your life.

Your work may include:

• Providing clinical care
• Managing and supervising care workers
• Undertaking client assessments
• Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
• Providing treatment as required

To be successful you will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse in an aged care centre environment
