Job Description
We are seeking a part time (0.4) Registered Nurse with 4 years experience in Oncology Nursing and chemotherapy administration to work in Oncology Day Unit located at Epworth Geelong. We are seeking nurses who are passionate about patient care, thrive on teamwork and can demonstrate a proven track record in providing quality patient care and outcomes. You will be responsible for providing evidenced-based care to Oncology and Haematology patients

To be successful in this role:
You are an experienced oncology or haematology nurse who is passionate about patient care and achieving high quality clinical outcomes. You will bring expert clinical knowledge in this specialty setting and willingness to be your best and give your best every day, and ideally hold or be working towards qualifications in Oncology nursing. A strong communicator, you have a supportive and engaging style that enables you to easily build rapport with patients and their families. You enjoy collaborating with team members to support the development and growth of the service.
You will have
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA
- 4 years Chemotherapy experience (RN Grade 2/Year 6 minimum)
- Cannulation competency
- CVAD care competency
- Administration of cancer therapy competency

The annual salary range for full time Registered Nurses – AUD $66,710 - $93,669 + super + entitlements and Enrolled Nurses – AUD $66,340 - $73,024 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time).
