Central Coast Local Health District has openings for Registered Nurses to join our Renal Services team. Our diverse and inclusive team will support and train you in skills required for you to become a valuable member of our renal team.

We care for patients in the acute setting who are admitted to Gosford Hospital, and have a large cohort of outpatients who attend our satellite units. Our client population are predominantly independent and self-caring haemodialysis patients. The Renal RN role is suited to a motivated clinician looking to challenge themselves and make a difference to the patient journey. This position is required to work at multiple sites across CCLHD including Gosford, Lake Haven and Long Jetty.

Various opportunities are available including maternity relief positions, and should the permanent incumbent require an early return from maternity leave, this contract of employment will cease with two weeks notice. Maternity relief positions can be for a period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of continued employment for up to a further 12 months for maternity leave reduced hours, therefore there are no claims to permanency

About You 

  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
  • You have Recent clinical experience and skills in an acute healthcare setting that would be transferrable to the renal specialty.
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a time efficient manner.

Central Coast Local Health District do not offer sponsorship to overseas candidates. Unlimited Australian work rights are required to be considered for this role.
