Summary of the role: Mercy Health is seeking applications from Registered Nurses to apply for Permanent Part Time night duty roles at Mercy Place Montrose, our residential aged care home.
- Permanent Part time night duty positions available for a Grade 2 RN
- Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
- You will be supported by a Grade 5 In-charge nurse and this is not an in-charge position
- Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
- Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
- Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard
- Pay rates range from $36.14 - $47.65 plus penalty rates (pay rates will be dependent on experience post qualification)
About You:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care
- Experience in leading and supervising teams of people
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work in a team environment
