Registered Nurse For Gp Practice

We are looking for an experienced and pro active practice Nurse for our busy general practice clinic at Holden Hill 

The role entails working along with our general practitioners and allied health at our modern and new fully equipped clinic 

Your job will include

Supporting GPs in chronic disease management 

Immunisation , ECG , wound management , Infection control 

Assisting GPs with minor procedures  and also assisting in skin checks 

Proficient in computer skills , experience with medical software is an advantage 

Previous experience in practice nursing essential 

Strong team player with good communication skills 

Ability to multi task and handle reception if needed
