Salary- Southern Adelaide Local Health Network - Flinders Medical Centre - Hospital @ Home
- Salary $72,651 - $99,129 p.a. (pro rata) RN/M1 |
- Part Time Available, 32 hours per week, 6 Month Temporary Contract
- Providing direct person-centred nursing/midwifery care and/or individual case management to patients/clients on a shift by shift basis
- Assessing individual patient needs, planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies.
- Providing treatment that would otherwise be provided in hospital.
- Recognising and responding to clinical deterioration or other incidents and escalating appropriately
- Advanced assessment skills, advanced wound management experience
- Knowledge and experience with PICC and ports, venepuncture, IV cannulation
- Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills including the confidence to work autonomously in the community.
- A current Australian drivers licence
