About the role
Practice Nurse to work alongside our team of General Practitioners and Allied Health practitioners at our modern and fully equipped practice.
You will mainly attend to the following:
Supporting GP's in chronic disease management- health assessments and care plans
Assist and support GP's with minor procedures
Stock maintenance and ordering
Infection control & procedures
Immunisations, ECG (infrequent), Wound management, Maintaining cold chain management systems, Pre-Placement medical assessments and Triage
Skills and experience
Previous experience in General Practice desirable but not essential
AHPRA registration
Immunization Accreditation certificate highly regarded;
Proficient in computer skills – knowledge of Best Practice an advantage;
Ability to work both autonomously and within the team;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
