About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Registered Nurse, you'll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.
We are loooking for an experienced Registered Nurse supporting our clients to live independently at home by providing complex nursing care to meet individual needs, to develop and implement nursing care plans and to assess, review and evaluate consumer care on a regular basis. You will also supervise our Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Workers as required.
This role offers:

- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- Recognised tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
- NDIS Clearance
