About the Opportunity
As a graduate Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion to make a difference in their lives. You will work closely with the RN's in our home and learn the day to day.
You'll be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents, this includes completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, and evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.
About You
Our ideal candidate has:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- Willingness to learn and train with our RN's in charge
The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and may be required to undertake an NDIS check.
