The role
We are offering permanent part-time opportunities who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join either of our two facilities based in Maryborough, QLD -  PresCare Yaralla Place has 96 beds and PresCare Groundwater Lodge has 60 beds. You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

What you will do
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:

• Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
• Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
• Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
• Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
• Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Positive resident experience through resident-first approach

Who are you and what will you bring?

• Registration with the AHPRA as a Div. 1 Registered is MANDATORY
• Valid and full working rights in Australia - MANDATORY
• Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hold and maintain a current and valid NDIS Worker Check as per NDIS Act 2013 (or willing to obtain) - MANDATORY
• Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care

• Contract Type: Permanent Part Time Contract 
• Hours: Part Time hours (Weekday shifts)
• Salary Range: Competitive Base Rate + 11% Superannuation + NFP salary packaging + allowances
