About the role
This role will primarily work in the home-Based Nursing team with the variety of work including nursing intake, comprehensive assessment, care planning, care co-ordination, wound management, PICC and ports, HITH, and personal care requirements.
There is also the option to work at our outreach clinics in Bruthen and Nowa Nowa to provide access to a range of clinical services include including triage and assessment, minor wound care, pathology collection, medication administration, clinical support for outreach GP, telehealth, advocacy and referral.
Skills & Experience
AHPRA recognised Registered Nurse qualification.
Post graduate qualifications and/or experience in Palliative Care or Oncology highly desirable.
