We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team based at Zion, in Nundah.
About the role:
- Promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Guide and support client independence, empowering choices, enhancing overall quality of life.
- Build strong and trusting relationships, with clients, families and across the support team to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of physical, emotional, and social care, tailored to their specific needs.
This is a casual position – 12 hours per week.
About you:
