We care.About the roleNimbin Hospital Home Care and Community Nursing Service is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high quality, person-centred nursing care.Northern NSW Community Nursing Service is an integral part of the total health care delivery system, providing nursing care to people in the community setting. Community nursing staff work closely with each client, their carer, General Practitioner and other relevant service providers to develop a plan that meets the client's care needs.Also known as the Rainbow Region, this area is blessed with stunning forests and waterfalls, fertile farming land, artistic villages and relaxed seaside communities.
