About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to support customers living in their own home. Based out of our Home Care Office at Nowra, part-time hours of 24 hours per week is on offer, during office hours - Monday to Friday.
Flexible hours can be negotiated for the right candidate, to suit school hours, child-care or other commitments.
You will undertake customer assessments, monitor clinical care needs and provide treatment as required. As part of your role, you will assist with evaluating care plans, supporting case managers while meeting any legislative and organisational requirements.
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Current unrestricted NSW driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance and flexibility to travel
- Demonstrated previous experience as a Registered Nurse (aged care experience desired)
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical issues relevant to the Aged Care sector
- Knowledge of the Community Care sector for elderly Australians Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
