Duties:
- Work as part of a collaborative team looking after patients and providing high quality hospital care in the intensive care unit.
- Coordinate completion of care plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Liaise with patients, families, and health care professionals.
- Promote a safe working environment for all patients and staff. Work within your scope of practice whilst referring to the professional code on conduct.
- Monitor the quality of patient files, progress notes and observation charts.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Masters / Bachelor of Nursing
- Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in ICU.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
