About the role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced & passionate Registered Nurse to join our Home & Community Team, visiting clients in their homes across the Riverina & Murray regions, supporting them to remain living independently in their own homes.
Your days will be varied and will include clinical assessments and referrals, wound assessments and varied clinical tasks as required.
If you like to work independently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, this could be the position for you. Your well-developed time management, organisation and reporting skills to complete daily reports, are essential to aid you in your success.
About you
Current APHRA registration
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in Home & Community Aged Care is desirable
Current Australian Drivers Licence and a Registered & Insured vehicle
Experience in Clinical Assessments – PAS & RUDAS
Willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check
Able to provide evidence of Covid 19 and Flu Vaccination
