Jerilderie, known for its charm and community spirit, is located by the banks of the Billabong Creek and Lake Jerilderie, a popular spot for families to enjoy water sports and a picnic by the lake enjoying our fresh produce on offer, while others like to wander taking in our historic buildings and gardens, touring the Ned Kelly Raid Trail or nature walks.
Working alongside some of the best in the business, our Multipurpose Service offers a 15 bed facility with 12 residential aged care and 3 acute beds, we also provide a range of community health services outreached from Finley Hospital.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
You’ll put your expert relationship-building skills into practice, always demonstrating the core nursing values of patient-centered care, trust and respect in every interaction.
