AddressWe are seeking a Delivery Service Manager to be part of a values-driven, supportive and high performing operations team, in the Central Coast region for the Land and Housing Corporation. Based in our Charmhaven office, this role reports to the Regional Manager, Central Coast.
You will be a self-driven, energised and motivated performer who will provide leadership to site managers to ensure that work is delivered safely, within schedule and budget. Under limited direction from the Regional Manager, the Delivery Service Manager is responsible for the effective delivery of major project works scoping requirements and direct management/supervision of major project works mandated by the client.
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualified or have a strong understanding of building ‘Scopes of Work’ orders and the building code of Australia relating to statutory obligations, codes of practice, legislation and maintenance requirements
- High attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timeframes
- Experience in the supervision and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers
- Computer literate, able to prepare reports and maintain data
- Experience in working with LAHC or similar industry
- Experience in the promotion of workplace health and safety with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) required
